The houses are very beautiful, there is everything nearby, magnum, gymnasiums and even the Almaty Arena nearby! It's a nice neighborhood where you can live in peace! I really like it, especially the sunset 🌆 👍

The lights are often turned off, daughter. A new residential complex is being built nearby and it's dusty because of this. As it is, there are many Parking spaces, shops, pharmacy, vegetable market, etc. all nearby! The garbage is being cleaned, the yard is clean, there is a Playground.

It's not a particularly environmentally friendly area. Frequent traffic jams. Landscaping leaves much to be desired. The infrastructure is poorly developed. Transport accessibility is average. Courtyards and porches are dirty. There are no parking lots, cars force yards and even sidewalks.
