The first is a curved sidewalk with height differences, the second is local eateries that, using the status of a business center, inflate prices. A very nice area, I have an office 5b, but I walk around the little World, Zheltoksan. It's a wonderful park, there will be greenery soon. People are relaxing there with children, strollers, quietly calm. Soon it will be warm and young people will appear on the grass. I really like.

A good business center, a lot of office space, banks, coffee shops and so on, but a very big minus is ventilation, it does not work very well, it is impossible to work especially in winter when windows cannot be opened and air conditioners do not work. The Internet is also not working well, the service company only considers money, they are not up to these problems.

The complex is old , the elevators are not working . Dirty homeowners do not monitor the condition of buildings , parking is terrible , pedestrian areas are crowded with cars . Paid parking is 100 tenge per hour , you will pay 800 tenge for 8 hours .

Now it's like a mini "flea market" who is not there, both Chinese and Indians and new Kazakhs + offices of different companies. During the day, you will not drive there by car, only leave transport in the parking lot if of course there is a place. I visit this address very often. And the owners are not going to change anything. Nevertheless, I would like to advise you to build a multi-storey parking lot nearby.
