It's a very strange, uncomfortable, awkward place in the city. The entire infrastructure is on its last legs. Sidewalks, tiles, fountains, lawns, as if they had survived the bombing. Nothing has been updated. Ventilation does not work everywhere in the buildings themselves, it is stuffy, hot, somewhere, you can not get to the elevator at all, there are "shepherds" sitting and barking at all passers-by.
