Good afternoon. We just returned from Uzbekistan. We would like to thank the owners of the hotel. Very kind, courteous and attentive people. Breakfast is a separate kind of art! Thank you for your hospitality!!!!!

After a wonderful trip to such cities as Bukhara, Samarkand, Khiva and Navoi, we went to Tashkent.
As before, we booked a room for two (couple) for 2 days through booking. Check-in at 12 p.m. We wrote via WhatsApp that we were on the train at 5 a.m., that we would arrive, leave our things, take a walk somewhere and check in by 12.
We arrived by train, the weather let us down in the morning, it's pouring rain outside - you can't walk anywhere. We were waiting at the train station, we were frozen. And by 8:30 we decided to go to our destination anyway. The journey took 30 minutes by taxi from the railway station. We arrived at 9 a.m. (Only 3 hours left to wait before check-in)
We called, notified the receiving party of our arrival, everything is fine, we were met and let in by a girl who remained in charge.
In the hotel, first there is an entrance hall, where everyone takes off their shoes. Then there is a large common foyer.
We left our things in the first hallway.
Next, I suggested that the young man go into the common foyer just to warm up, sit, wait. I informed the girl who met us about this, then she held out the phone, the hotel manager (or whoever he is) was on the wire: she took the phone, asked/ said that "can we sit and wait in the common foyer on the couch?" To which, in a very rude tone, a refusal followed with a reference to the fact that he himself was not in place and it was impossible. I explained again that we would just sit and wait in the lobby on the couch, again a rude refusal!
I don't know about the service inside the hotel, but the guests are not so welcome here.
For the first time in the history of travel, a simple request to sit and wait for 3 hours in the common foyer is so rudely refused!(let me remind you, it's raining outside)
When, as in other places, they are allowed not only to wait, but also to offer coffee with sweets. They could have waited 3 hours in the hallway, where shoes are removed, it was not important. But because of the man's rudeness, there was no desire to stay. It's like we're not guests, but some kind of homeless people. Disappointed, they refused the reservation and left this place. Such is the experience, gentlemen.
