Обратились в агентство за неделю до нового года. Начало было хорошее, представитель агентства вместе с няней приехали к нам, познакомились с малышом, договорились о выходе няни после новогодних выходных. Больше мы о них не слышали. Звонили за пару дней до окончания выходных, сначала номер был недоступен, потом телефон включился, но трубку никто не берет, в мессенджерах не отвечают. Крайне безответственно. Считай подставили.
