The service is terrible, the staff is disgusting. I chose trousers that I liked, asked to see the size M, at the checkout the guy punches and says that there is a size M, then defiantly pulls this size out of the closet and says sorry, but these are mine, I PUT them aside for myself. Without punching or paying at the checkout. How is this even allowed to employees? At first, he loudly told us that the action was 3=2, and then it turned out that there was no action at all. As a result, it's a pointless waste of time! Terrible service, disgusting staff, shame on the Ostin label. Employees recruited by the ad in the truest sense of the word Raise the cameras 08/04/2025 period from 22:45 - 23-15

The range is very old and the prices are too expensive than in Russia, it is better to go to Russia for this money and relax there and buy at the same time

Dear store management, you need to train your staff! The service is at such a low level that we even had to call the police to issue a refund, which was supposed to be an exchange for a more expensive product. Instead of competently explaining the rules of return or exchange to the buyer, offering another product and remaining a happy and satisfied customer, the seller tried to convince me that I was obliged to leave my personal data, sign a bunch of documents (in a language not native to me) simply because they also have such rules to convince to me, what a bad person I am, is enchantingly simple.
