I took a sunny set from them yesterday, they didn't put a coke, and instead of pizza, they put pepperoni in the picture, in addition, it's kind of cold and hard. I called them, they hung up on me) They just put a huge BOLT on my claims) They did not answer the calls, they only answered the outrage about pizza, they said that they had not been making "mushroom" pizza for almost a year (as in the screenshot)) They said they didn't have time to change the photos.
If you do not have time, please at least indicate in the description that the pizza is different.. They still didn't answer me about the coke and continued to ignore it)) It's a small thing, but not pleasant in any case..
Conclusion: don't set foot here anymore, and I don't advise you.

The request to return the order is refused, while the missing dishes are not sent. Sushi is falling apart, except for rice, there is practically nothing that tastes disgusting. The pizza is wooden, as if it were old. I don't advise anyone! Avoid it! Do not order food at this place.

Сегодня сделал заказ, произвел 100% оплату, попросил, чтобы доставку сделали на 15-00 часов, запас времени 2,5 часа. Ребенок на улице простоял 1,5 часа ждя курьера. Случилось, то, что курьер попал в ДТП, бывает, можно понять.
Не понятны действия персонала с которыми Я созванивался, по поводу задержки заказа. Мне отвечают, что с Вами созвонится курьер, который упорно не хотел выходить со мной на связь. Далее менеджер мне продиктовал номер курьера, сами с ним созвонитесь мол. За доставку которая должна была произойти в назначенное время я оплатил с полна, я не просил за 1,5 часовое опоздание скидки, от менеджера , я даже не услышал сожаления о случившимся. Мой 10-летний сын 1,5 часа простоял на улице, переодически заходя погреться на остановку.
К сожалению сфера услуг в нашем городе ещё не дошла до того уровня, чтобы мы без отзывов могли спокойно делать выбор.

Персонал ЮКО, работают на доставку, суши средние по вкусу, за эти деньги хотелось бы по вкуснее, порции большие, доставка слабая, долго ждать. Интерьер внутри не о чем. Работают через инстаграмм
