We came to Mom's birthday party. We wanted to have a great time, everything is tight with the service. The waiters are sitting at another table and do not come to remove the empty plates, the hookah was more suitable than themselves. It seems that 10% for the service is unreasonable. It really messed up the perception of the place.
With regard to the kitchen, there are complaints, they took shish kebab, and lamb ribs, and chicken wings were over-salted. There are no more disadvantages about the kitchen, it's delicious.
Music. The problem is severe, there is a playlist that consists of 20 songs, and in 4 hours of stay, she got it.
The interior is pleasant, comfortable sofas.
2 years ago, the service was 10 times better, now, no one cares about you. When you call, ignore it.
They asked to pack the food home, they immediately brought the bill, they asked: why? No one asked, we decided everything ourselves ... I was extremely dissatisfied with the waiters.
When they were told about the discount, no one said the banal "happy Birthday", which caused a terrible aftertaste.
But respect for the hookah man, the man is cool, cultured and pleasant.
When they arrived, the hookah man was not at work. And when I came, the waitress gave up on the fact that I wanted to order a hookah. Immediately after my warning that she had given up on it, the bartender came up and took the order, the question was, initially it was impossible to do this?! Or it was so hard that only half of the meal, we were only able to make an order. There is no sense of a relaxing atmosphere.
The administrator is generally a failure, she said hello and that's it, and then at the entrance. Disgusting!!!
The knives are blunt, they can't cut the meat, I had to eat with my hands, which is not good!
And when there was a moment when the food was packed for us, there was so much rude response in order to protect ourselves so that the "waiter" showed that he was right.

- why did you bring the bill and not count the discount?
There was an answer:
- we don't do that, we should have said it initially.
There are no words, only emotions ... although the waiter was obliged to clarify:
- Can I bring you the bill?
If I could rate the service myself, I would rate it at 0%, because the rudeness of the waiter was not legitimate in such a situation
