We made mistakes with everything that could have been made. The bouquet was mixed up! they sent it at the wrong time (later, of course), to the wrong address (although they knew it was important for the requested one), and by the end of the appointed time they hadn't even started ordering! One star just for making the recipient happy with the flowers. But with zero service, just Colors are not enough. (by the way, we weren't going to apologize for the mistakes until I noticed this.) An absolute shock I wish you a serious review of your attitude towards your clients (if after the first interaction they are no longer your clients)
