Terrible service and attitude towards customers. We ordered a sauna in advance, but upon arrival at the appointed time we found that the stove in the bath had just been turned on. The steam room is cold, the room itself is also not warmed up, we sat dressed for the first hour. We wanted to cancel the services and return the money, but we were refused. As a result, even after 2 hours of staying there, the steam room did not warm up, although they told us that the oven was only repaired. I do not recommend visiting!
