I wrote in support of Obilet - I clearly described the situation, demanded compensation for the cost of tickets (the first ones) and hotels. They "opened" the case, promised that the carrier would "contact" them, that they would "control". The result is an ordinary Turkish scam. Don't count on the aggregator's support if anything.
