Hello! I want to write a review about the work of the production of "Silver Water" - Obis. The operators work well, are polite and correct. But in this review, I want to mention the work of the forwarder of this production, Nurzhan Aubakirov. Nurzhan works very quickly, smoothly, before delivery he always calls, clarifies, if he does not get through, then he also calls several times to provide people with water! This characterizes Nurzhan as a very responsible and disciplined freight forwarder. In short, I really like Nurzhan's work! Such responsible work of specialists in particular and in general, just leads to the prosperity of production, which I wish you! I also ask the Production Management to award Nurzhan as an excellent employee!

Terrible service. I do not recommend using the services of this company. Nerves and time are more expensive. The first couple of times were delivered without complaints, but after that the "fun" began... Not only is it impossible to predict the delivery day, since there is no way to choose a convenient time, they do not warn about delivery in advance and deliver only during working hours on working days. (just terrible conditions for those who work in the office and there is simply no one to meet the courier. I have to take time off from work for the whole day.) So for another 3rd day, I can't wait for the water that has already been paid for. They do not warn that delivery is impossible on this day, the manager comes up with ridiculous explanations every time that contradict the previous ones, or ignores the questions altogether. I'm looking for a new service.
