Last week I had a manicure and pedicure with a long-term coating from the master Ksenia. I want to say that I have never had a correction so disgusting. She probably doesn't think that anyone sees her toes, so she just slipped by, right on the cuticle. The coating itself is applied crookedly, with bumps. I sawed off one finger so that I sawed off part of the nail plate in the middle (I noticed it only now, when I started to process my nails at home). I wiped and redid it several times all the time. I'm not talking about hands at all. The gel is applied crookedly. The master did not intend to align the plate. Again, I wiped everything and redid it 3 times. The monochrome coating was done together with the treatment for about 3 hours. The cuticle grew back in a week. It's a nightmare

I did highlighting , I didn 't like it . The tinting was done in a different shade , the hair is yellow after the first washing of the head , the paint is cheap , care ( at least when drying ) No , the hair was not dried properly . As a result, the master is not interested, he convinced me that this is dark hair and highlighting will not turn your color to white at maximum . I won 't go anymore and I don 't recommend it !

Очень хороший салон. Персонал доброжелательный, вежливый и, самое главное, профессиональный. Регулярно здесь стригусь, всегда результат отличный. Цены очень демократичные, но если по записи, а не по живой очереди, или к определённому мастеру, то будет дороже. Салон оказывает услуги мужской и женской стрижки, окрашивания, маникюра.

Администратор на мои претензии к качеству предоставленной услуги тут же обвинила меня в не желании платить за услугу и нахождении в нетрезвом виде), книгу жалоб и предложений по первому требованию администратор не выдала, выдала только через 30мин, после того как я вызвал милицию. "Клиентоориентированность — это основная, базовая ценность, согласно которой бизнес существует" Мои рекомендации для владельца - пересмотреть профпригодность администратора.

Переехал в шабаны и стала необходимо привести себя в порядок.Обошел 3 парикмахерские, везде то цены заоблачные,то руки не ровные.Начал искать в Яндексе парикмахерские с высоким рейтингом,прочитал про "Облака" и особенно про мастера Анастасия.Пришел,спросил, подстригся.Цена качестве соответствует.В дальнейшем переезжал в другие районы но все также (как год)приходу к одному и тому же мастеру.Всегда доволен.

Жена осталась крайней не довольна . Оскубли, волосы перепалили, цену одну говорили по факту стало дороже в разы. Были первый и последний раз.

О профессионализме администратора и речи быть не может. Изначально было сказано, что стрижки ждать около часа. когда прошло 50 минут. Оказалось, что у мастера запись через 15 минут. и надо подождать когда подстригут по записи, т.е. еще минимум 30 минут. Такие ващи надо заранее оговаривать. Отвратительный сервис!!!

Сегодня утром делала мелирование волос.Хочу выразить особую благодарность Анастасии Прокопенко.Руки растут с того места.Такое чувство,что прям почитала мои мысли о том ,что я хотела бы увидеть в итоге.Побольше бы таких мастеров.Класс.Пять звёзд ей и премию.Буду обращаться именно к ней.Советую всем.Мастер своего дела.

Друг посоветовал эту парикмахерскую, как недорогую и хорошую. Постригли отлично. Очень понравилось. Не берусь советовать мастера, поскольку стригся там в первый раз. Но хочу отметить отличную работу девушки по имени Анна. И за всё, вместе с мытьём головы - чуть больше 7 руб. В общем, хорошая парикмахерская, рекомендую.

Вчера мама ходила на педикюр. Осталась , конечно, в шоке. Из всего сеанса педикюра 30 минут ей мочили ноги и 20 мин кое как обрабатывали. Она всегда ходит на педикюр и знает свои ноги, но тут даже пришлось заставить дообработать , а ногти вообще поверхностно обработали. Кремом ни кто не помазал. И самое интересное, что цена была заявлена 16,7, а на кассе к оплате 17,5. И тут дело не в 80 копейках,а в том что ей озвучили, что это для ее же безопасности плата за одноразовые перчатки!!! Как вообще такое можно озвучивать??? Вы позиционируете себя как салон, а не дешевая парикмахерская за углом. Давайте еще за воду, за салфетки деньги брать. Туда больше ни ногой ни пяткой. Ужасно!!!
