It is with great pleasure that I would like to share my impressions of a magical vacation at the CLOUDS Hotel by the sea. From the very first minutes it became clear that this place was created for real comfort and enjoyment of life. The hotel simply delights at first glance - cozy, stylish, it seems to be created for complete relaxation and enjoyment of nature. Floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows offered breathtaking views of the endless sea and majestic mountains, like a painting changing colors with every passing moment. Morning sunrises, romantic sunsets, the sound of waves - all this created a unique atmosphere of peace and inspiration. The beach is separate, sparsely populated, washed by clear, warm water. Here you can just lie for hours, read a book and listen to the tranquility of the sea. Exactly what you need to recharge your batteries and forget about the hustle and bustle. I would like to mention the cuisine separately and thank the chef - the delicious, fresh, varied food gave a real gastronomic pleasure. And the author's desserts are a separate magic! Such delicate, harmonious flavors that it seemed as if each dessert was telling its own sweet little story. I would like to mention the service separately: the staff is attentive, unobtrusive, and always ready to help. I especially remember the waiter Irakli - his humor, smile and positive attitude made our stay even more warm and joyful. And, of course, the inimitable dog Hugo lives on the territory of the hotel — kind, affectionate, like another member of this big friendly family. He became a true friend and a source of smiles for all the guests. A special place in the heart is occupied by the sincerity of the owners. Their sincere care, attention to detail, warm conversations, a story about the history of the hotel and genuine interest in the guests make this holiday truly special. They don't just create a place to relax, they give guests a piece of their soul and warmth. If you are looking for a place where you can relax your soul, immerse yourself in the beauty of nature, feel true warmth and kindness - this hotel and its team will surely please you. Our family was very happy here, and we are already planning to return again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation and for making this world a little brighter and kinder! Great hotel in Ldzaa! I looked at this place for the future while relaxing in a nearby hotel. However, I had problems with the loss of my passport and had to stay late. The hostess of the hotel went to meet her, settled in without any problems and with a discount, for which special thanks to her! 🙏 I had to "walk" through the rooms, but this has its advantage: every time it's like I just arrived! All rooms are very stylish and spacious, ~ 30 m2, excluding bathrooms. I don't know who writes negative comments about the accommodation: the hotel is superior in design and comfort to the Disney hotel in California, honestly, from personal experience! All rooms are gorgeous, with sea views (I had them). The cleaning is very thorough, daily, and of high quality, thanks to Madina, the maid. A very pleasant and friendly girl! Many thanks to the barbecue chef Uncle Misha - Your barbecue (any kind) is just great! I would also like to note his kindness, responsiveness and humanity! It's the soul of the place, you can't say otherwise! Thank you so much for your concern and support!🙏 The restaurant is the best in this area, it's out of the question! Everything is very tasty and high-quality. Prices are average in Abkhazia. The waiters are wonderful: David is modest, but he does his job well. Irakli is the second "soul of the institution." His charm, attentiveness and sensitivity combined with professionalism and speed of work are ideal qualities for an employee! Goga (bartender/receptionist) - directly confronted him when checking in. Very pleasant and friendly, will help with all questions! Overall, the atmosphere is very friendly! The sea is clear, the view is beautiful! I definitely recommend this hotel! This is one of the best places for me to live in Abkhazia and in general! Despite the forced reason for my stay, I am very glad that everything turned out that way and I was able to spend part of my vacation in the Clouds!

The atmosphere is so harmonious that you can completely relax and enjoy your vacation. I would like to thank the hotel team separately: Madina - for her help and finding things that were very dear to me, Madonna - for the delicious cuisine, from breakfast to dinner, Irakli - for a sincere smile, attentiveness and excellent service every day, kind grandfather fisherman - for sincere stories in the evenings, and, of course Charming dog Hugo is a real "calling card" of the hotel, delighting guests with his charm. We leave tanned, happy and with the brightest emotions. Thank you, Clouds! We will definitely come back again
