My request to talk to the supervisor was also refused. Rules are rules, you can't argue. However, it seems to me that client-oriented firms are usually more individual and flexible in their approach to serving their potential customers. Especially since I would have made a 99% purchase. I will note that the wallpaper I chose in the store was missing in the quantity that I needed, and I had to place an order and wait for some time until they arrived. And I was ready to wait for them.
