I have already bought wallpaper in this store 3 times (for rooms and kitchen). A very rich assortment, constantly updated. Professional staff, competently advise, advise, all in an unobtrusive and friendly manner. The prices are also pleasantly pleasing, some of the most acceptable in Minsk. There is a parking lot. I definitely recommend the store.

On October 20, I bought wallpaper in this store. The salon is not large, but there is a very good choice, there are imported ones at good prices. I came to buy wallpaper in one room, as a result I bought it for the whole apartment))) I couldn't resist, the staff was very responsive, I didn't meet such a service in any store, honestly, very nice guys, picked it up, counted it, put it in a taxi!)

It is necessary to separate the sellers and the director (Tatyana Nikolaevna), because there was the following situation: I bought wallpaper, there was an icon that smeared glue ONLY on the wall - they began to work like that and bubbles went. I asked for clarification and it turned out that there is a small instruction at the back, and it says that glue should be applied both to the wall and to the wallpaper. I came to Tatyana Nikolaevna, asked her to convince the wallpaper supplier not to confuse people anymore and fix the sticker icon to the correct one! She told me in a rather rude way that she was not going to convince anyone, because it was MINE(!) It is the duty as a consumer to contact the wallpaper manufacturer! I was shocked!!! Next, I bought one tube of wallpaper and asked her to make me a convenient carrying handle, at this request I saw a dissatisfied face and was told - what, you can't carry it in your hands???? In the end, I did make a carrying handle, after persuasion.
Question: who is the rude madam director there and what is she doing in the cashier's place?
Not only did she NOT want to correct the manufacturer's mistake, but she also behaved very strangely further, showing me her neglect (and this after I bought as many as 15 tubes from them for a tidy sum!!!!).
If the employees there are really responsible enough, then the director would like to learn to be tactful and more cultured towards customers!!!! Somehow it's not at all respectable...
