The condition of the observation deck is depressing. It can be seen that it has not been improved for thirty years. Graffiti, broken and leaning tiles, and trash. The most amazing thing is that they show the unfinished building and ruins from below as a landmark. They say that there will be a beauty of white stone here. The view of the city is not bad. Unfortunately, you can visit the observation deck only once. And not for a good mood.

Some buildings are too monumental for viewing platforms, even by the standards of Yerevan. The feeling of the incompleteness of this project. There is no lighting, but there are bowel movements and open openings leading to the department of traumatology, at best.

A huge balcony from where you can admire the city. Nearby is the eternal flame of the fallen in World War II, the monument to Mother Armenia with Katusha, MIG15, Soviet tank, howitzers. There's also Victory Park with carousels, rides, and a dinopark.

A view of the bridge, broken bottles and some seemingly abandoned dark spaces. The view is much better at 200m from Arabkir Park. I came here purely for the sake of interest.

From the platform there is a beautiful view of the city and the gorge in which the Hrazdan River flows, flowing from Lake Sevan. The three-storey entrance to the site is not illuminated at night, so it is used by local youth for clear purposes, it is better to pass carefully looking at your feet and holding your breath)) From the site you can go to the pedestrian crossing under the car bridge, the view from it is even more interesting
