The view is stunning yet the surrounding area can use a lot of renovation around it which makes it less appealing to the view of Lake Sevan, there is no actual proper parking location, so you have to park on the shoulder of the busy highway. Would be a 5/5 stars if there was actually anything other than a nice view.

This viewing platform is a beautiful abandoned fragment of a great vanished empire. - The view is magnificent. You can take pictures from above, higher, and from an average height and go down to the water - there used to be a cafe and a toilet here - now there is only a toilet in all the niches and it is better not to look. - The fence has been preserved - calmly and safely for my daughter. A must-visit.
