I liked the place, the view is quite picturesque, the height of the waving flag is impressive. There are lawns, flowers, everything is well maintained, it looks nice.

Even on weekends, it's not crowded here. This is a great place to enjoy the beauty of the city and take wonderful photos. I recommend everyone to visit this observation deck to see the city from a height and feel its scale.

We were with our family for a holiday. There are a lot of visitors. There is only one ticket office. A huge queue. They did not even try to climb to the top of the complex. Two streams - one going up the stairs (very dense), the second coming down. A solid batch.

It's an old place, there's not much to see from there. Except for the flag, maybe. In places, a poorly maintained park, poor planting.
