Ararat is a symbol of Armenia. He has been this symbol for a long time and will remain so. The whole of Yerevan is visible from this observation deck. It can be seen that this is a very beautiful city. And Ararat is floating above all this splendor. How can a mountain float? The mountain can't. Ararat can. It's a great place to feel and understand this. The place is gentrified and civilized. A beautiful stone staircase leads to the height. But for those who don't have much strength, there is a series of escalators. I will attribute the incompleteness to the disadvantages. The uppermost cascade is unfinished and (it seems) abandoned. It is enclosed by a fence and bypassed by flooring. It's not so beautiful to look from there, because first there is an abandoned construction site, and only then there is a beautiful descent, Yerevan and Ararat. I advise you not to go up there, but to stop at the last section made
