No matter how the new rulers disavowed the Soviet past and legacy, it was still COOL! The Soviet school, Soviet standards and technologies, did global and powerful things. Although it is not completed, a lot of people visit this place. It reveals all the splendor of Yerevan.

Beautiful view, Ararat is incomparable. There's a museum inside, but I haven't visited it. It is a pity that the upper part of the cascade is not completed.
