A very pleasant and well-maintained place! The observation deck is neat and clean, it is clear that it is being watched. From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Naroch, which is especially beautiful in sunny weather. The monument to the soldiers looks majestic and commands respect. However, an information plaque with a brief description is missing: in honor of which events or heroes it was installed. This would help to better understand the historical value of the place. In general, it is a great place to honor the memory of the fallen and enjoy the picturesque views. I recommend you to visit!

The place is good, but I would really like the local authorities to put things in order there, especially with the lighting (the lamps in the lanterns are broken, the wiring is sticking out of the ground, and there are no spotlights), and the tiles on the stairs, which are damaged, were restored. Well, you can't treat the memory of the winners like that - it's a shame, gentlemen managers.

It's just that many people confuse it with the observation deck, where there are 4 lakes and bunkers of the First World War. However, the lakes are poorly visible. And it is located a little further away, there will be a turn to the village of Stepsons.

In the modern world, the obelisk has become a wonderful place for panoramic photos or selfies. However, we do not forget that this is a memorial to the defenders of the partisans. Citizens, sitting on the parapet with your feet dangling over the inscription about fallen heroes is the height of cynicism! Respect the memory of the fallen! We drove by several times a day and there was always someone shamefully hanging on the top platform.
