From the upper floors there is a beautiful view of the coast and Gorbacheva's dacha, which was built on the site of the orange garden of Stalin's dacha. A wonderful place! Amazing air! A delightful forest! The construction of a boarding house in the seventies of the last century. Good staff, good cuisine relative to the Pitsunda boarding houses. Next to the dachas of I.V. Stalin and the traitor M. Gorbachev, these dachas can be judged by what kind of leaders of the Soviet state they were. Very convenient descent to the beach (by elevator). One drawback is that there is no pharmacy, and the medical center does not have the necessary medicines, if trouble happens, then the ambulance will have to wait a very long time, since they have only one or two cars for the whole area (so they explained to me at the medical center).

The observation deck is a platform near the elevator of the Lakoba boarding house. Beautiful view, sea sunsets. There is also a veranda in the dining room of the boarding house, from where you can see the sea, the cliff and the beautiful Pitsunda
