Observation deck overlooking the college. In general, all the stars are only for the view, because the site is not equipped in any way. No benches, no garbage cans, no canopy in case of rain. Asphalt is nearby - it seems there is. There is no other way to describe it. In some places it has already ended, in some places it is overgrown with grass. But the views.. oh, these views!

Gorgeous views! But gradually it is being built up nearby and mountains of garbage are being left from the construction site. You can't see them from the observation deck, but they're nearby.
