A beautiful observation deck. Great view of the city. The only way to get there is by tuk tuk and then walk a little uphill. Or just a motorbike taxi, or just a taxi. Beautiful photos are obtained, especially at sunset.

Great view of Pattaya. You can get there by taxi yourself. We walked from Cozy Beach in general, although we went uphill all the time.
