The observation deck is located in Lovcen National Park. The height is 1350 m. The views from it are freaky! The entire Bay of Kotor, the airport of Tivat - everything is in the palm of your hand! The mountain can be reached by a ski lift. There are many entertainment venues and cafes in the park, mostly with beer. In any case, I recommend visiting and viewing it.
