The observation deck is not bad. However, the side view is much more interesting and picturesque of the man-made waterfall. Therefore, it is best to appreciate the views from all sides in this picturesque place. Unfortunately, for some reason, some visitors consider it possible to "refine" this place with their life products, cigarette butts, bottles, and some apparently also use it as a toilet.

Beautiful view. Recently, they finally made repairs. There is a wonderful view of the waterfall, the tram ring and Polotsk Park. Of the cons, there are a lot of drunks around

I really love walking my dog in this park, I am glad that we have started to put it in at least some order, we have made good lighting, but we need to make it more functional.

The place is beautiful, but it definitely needs to be repaired, otherwise not the smartest representatives of local residents will leave their own products in the vicinity, the smell of which increasingly prevents them from appreciating the beauty of this location.
