It's a very cool place to relax and unwind!!! Cats add joy and kindness to the atmosphere. A very positive tea seller, speaks a little Russian. I recommend everyone to visit

It's a very beautiful view of the waterfall, maybe you'll get lucky and catch a rainbow (I was lucky), there's a park nearby, you can walk and there are various cafes and restaurants nearby.
