We went on an excursion to the observatory, the expectation was better, but ALAS, as always .... sadly, the attitude is bad, sorry, like a flock of sheep, it's just put on stream. The organization of the bus is fine, they drove comfortably to the observatory itself, then waited for 15 minutes for the guide from the observatory to come, walked in complete darkness. The story about the creation of the observatory was interesting, there was one telescope, two stars and the planet Saturn were shown, the guide on the second floor told very interesting stories, answered all questions. The stairs want the best, it is inconvenient to go down, there are no handrails. The fence is dangerous, you're afraid of falling off with children, especially when you climb up to look at the telescope.The welcoming guide left, did not accompany her to the bus parking lot or at least to the gate, returned by themselves, once went the other way, nothing is visible in the dark, you can not turn on flashlights. I would like sincerity, love for my business, work, since we have undertaken to conduct excursions on a paid basis. The only one who saw love and interest in her work was a woman with glasses on the second floor telling about the stars, the story. It is a complete disappointment that such an attitude towards people, I do not advise driving, it is a waste of time and money. I am sorry for my expectation and wasted money....
