But this building justifies the fact that it was built before the subway. And at night, the "racers" like to sound off the avenue. The rooms on the courtyard side are much quieter. The lobby is cozy. The rooms are pleasant, and for a good price. Single slightly more than 10 units, double slightly less than 10 units per person. There is a suite for 3 and there is a suite for 4, just for the family. 72 and 76 rubles RB. As of January 25. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. Refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, min. a set of dishes, a TV. Of course, a set of underwear. In general, it's clean, cozy, and warm. To come to wander around the locations of Minsk and have a quiet, inexpensive sleep is the most important thing. I almost forgot, the center of Minsk, near the metro.

Of the cons: the condition of the bathroom is quite tired, it is cool, the heating leaves much to be desired, hot water needs to be drained for a long time, and it is not hot, but you can wash. In general, if I went to the courses for two weeks, I would quite stop again.

Pros-affordable price, cons - hot water is not always available, it is necessary to flush the water. The atmosphere is favorable, the staff is friendly. When checking into the room, dust was on the furniture and carpet should be better vacuumed, since the smell of dust is present. In general, the rooms are quite acceptable for living.

We lived in a double room. It is furnished like a hotel: shower, refrigerator, kettle, microwave, TV, mini kitchen, wardrobe, bedside tables, etc.
Positive:
+ convenient location, a step away from the metro
+ non-sagging mattresses
+ there is everything you need to stay.
Cons:
- the balcony door is specially blocked from opening, a millimeter gap for ventilation is left. As a result, it is very stuffy.
- It's noisy;
- The hostel closes at midnight, there is not much to walk at night.
- The elevator is very often faulty.
If the number had been on the other side, then half of the cons would have gone away, and the score would have become a solid four

We lived there in a hotel
Minuses:
The elevator did not work, the staff service is rough, the repair is old. The soap is liquid at the bottom in the dispenser. In the toilet, if you flush the water, the pipes buzz like a siren.
Pros: The room is clean, there is a kettle, refrigerator, microwave and a modern TV. Clean towels and bed linen.

I have lived in this hostel twice, during my professional development in a single room. I will say that the room is worth the money. Pros: the room has a shower, kettle, microwave, dishes (spoon, fork, mug, plate), TV. Cons: there is a smell in the room (from the carpet), it is problematic to ventilate the room due to the strong noise of cars outside the window.
