This dormitory can be described in one word - a hole. Be ready to live with cockroaches under the dictatorial regime of the university. They will suck money out of you just for everything! They didn't keep up- you pay. We moved into a fucking room - so it was you who brought it to such a state! Make repairs at your own expense. I hope my comment will be useful for you.
