The new building has good conditions. It's average in the old one, but it's better than on the River. In September, there was mold on the walls in some rooms, there were rooms with bedbugs that were poisoned without complying with safety requirements. A lot of cockroaches

I was passing through there, I lived there for a few days. Pretty decent, normal repair, polite staff. It's a funny view from the window to the cemetery, but it didn't bother me :)
