I bought sandals, carried them for 2 weeks, the sole completely peeled off, came to the store..the answer is "we do not refund the money, we will only take it for repair " although everywhere 2 years on the sole I think it's okay..they brought two pieces of leather a week later, they were glued hideously, glue is visible, one above, the other below..I said I would not take it, and they were spoiled when gluing, a piece of skin was torn off, I asked the seller to call the manager, as a result they said there was no money at the checkout, we will call you,I called in 3 days, a lot of people in the store the seller started yelling, I did not call you, what did you come for, and I saw,sales are going on, but no one was going to return the money, only through a scandal with customers they returned the money!!!I have never seen a worse attitude and shoes, and the same people were standing behind me, waiting for money too
