This place is best place i really love it and it’s super nice, have a nice beach, we really like it. Our room is also good and have a nice color, by the way, the cleaning team is the best (chandana , Aloka ) . I highly recommend Animation team. We did water aerobic, Dart, water volleyball, Beach volleyball every day. and ( navee ) is best animator, he is always help us and always asked to come to activities. Thanks for him. Food is really good. We hope to come back, thanks for everything.

We had a rest in early April. Overall, I liked the hotel, but it doesn't reach 5* (there were shortcomings in cleaning the room upon check-in, old furniture, equipment). But that didn't stop you from having a great rest. The staff is trying their best, we liked the breakfasts (we didn't get tired of them during the week of vacation), the hotel's territory is excellent (funny chipmunks and lizards run around), there were always plenty of sun loungers and towels. Water was brought to the room every day. The beach near the hotel is located near the river, the water is not turquoise, but you can swim (but carefully, since there is a current and the waves are stronger after lunch) (I would not go here with a child, but hotels have an alternative in the form of a pool), the sand on the beach is very pleasant. I also liked the BG hotel guide: he told me where you can exchange money, about the nearest shops, and guided tours. We went on excursions through a local guy Baksi - he picked up an individual program for us for 2 days (you can find him on the beach near the hotel) - we really liked everything. The island is magnificent. By the way, the dollars were also changed through a Buck later - the exchange rate at the hotel is the most unprofitable.

The hotel is decent, the cleaning is good, the staff is very friendly, trying to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. There is an opportunity for people with limited mobility. We were out of season, the food is monotonous, but you can find something to eat. There were shrimps a couple of times and crabs once, but they were not given special devices-it was inconvenient to eat. The river flows in front of the hotel and mixes with the ocean, we went swimming to the island opposite for a real salty ocean. I can recommend an honest tuk tuk guide - please contact us.

The territory of the hotel is well maintained, but there is a flowing river on the beach near the hotel, carrying dark waters, it is better to swim to the right of the hotel, as swimsuits will be ruined. Of course, this wasn't the first time in Sri Lanka, even in a hotel with lesser stars, they congratulated you on your birthday (they gave you a compliment-a cake and flowers), but here they don't react to dates in any way.There was also an event for locals (brand advertising).The event was held in the local language for the invited guests, the hotel guests were not comfortable (since they did not participate), why to hold such events is not clear.

The cleaning is of high quality. The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, green, equipped with sun beds, towels are provided without interruption, there was enough for everyone. We were worried about the river flowing into the ocean near the hotel, but our fears were not justified, the water in the ocean is clean and very warm. I didn't want to leave the ocean, the waves are moderate, the bottom is sandy. The beach is clean, it is cleaned daily. Our accommodation was with breakfasts and dinners, delicious, varied. We got to the city by tuk-tuk, there are drivers near the hotel, they will take you for $ 1, wait and bring you back to the hotel. Very convenient. Only positive impressions remained from the stay!

The room stock is tired, we always had a puddle in our room near the bathtub.We checked in only with the fourth of the offered rooms, thanks to the staff, we improved the room without additional payment, just because I am an asmatic person, so we met halfway and gave a room where at least there is not a lot of mold.Thanks a lot for the attitude! Nutrition is not bad, not more than three.There are enough dishes, but half of them are not European, that is, very, very spicy.The staff at the restaurant and bar are polite and friendly.There is no Russian-speaking staff. Breakfasts and lunches/or dinners. You can change it, although the hotel staff actively demanded that we pay for the "lunch" as it turned out, it really was lunch! And not a compliment-a snack for newly arrived guests. 1sup 2 types of rice and curry, which before you eat, think hard about whether you want to eat that much. Because then you have to poop ... in two words, the dinners are "very meager" and spicy. For a very long time.They tried to charge us for lunch. Although the guide always repeated that we have the right to change.Okay. The first impression is unpleasant, Farther. The hotel itself is certainly far from 5*. 4 with a stretch. There is no service. Bathrobes, slippers and a change of towels, you will only dream about it here. The air conditioner is out of control. The food is mediocre. At dinner, it seems that many dishes are made from breakfast leftovers. The ocean at this hotel, because of the flowing river, is very dirty. Unpleasant color and appearance. It was only after leaving for the tour that we saw the real beauty of the Indian Ocean.no animation.No entertainment.but that would be all right. They found something to occupy themselves with, if not their practiced deception at the departure of the guests.during the check-out, in addition to our checks, we were given another one. The bus returned, we boarded, as soon as we left the hotel, as at the gate, they closed the passage again, stopped the bus with all the tourists and again began to demand payment!!! tourists began to shout and get angry at us! For the fact that we do not want to pay for the deception on the part of the hotel! And One woman, unable to stand the tension and fear (that all of us would miss the plane due to the delay of our bus) took out the money and paid the amount required by the hotel staff!! Their calculation is probably just for this! for an early rise.Uninvited tourists, departure and intimidation! I demand the hotel management to contact me! Vacationers be vigilant! Don't let them spoil your vacation and deceive you! We pay a lot of money for a vacation, so that in the end we get our nerves rattled like this! The horror!
