The food quality of the average fast food, the interiors of the "cafe in the area" and the assortment are the same, but the prices are like in the neighboring Rixos. They took the order for 15 minutes, ordered a drink and sushi, brought the drink, waited for sushi for an hour, after an hour they asked where? Yes, they are already carrying it, after another half hour it turned out that they had not cooked yet, they were busy with delivery orders. They left hungry, and people at the neighboring tables were also outraged by the speed of the service. I do not recommend using the word at all🥹

We usually go to the branch in Mega, this time we decided to go to the branch on Saraishyk on March 8. I explain why I put 2 stars. Firstly, the room is quite cool, secondly, there are a lot of tables, we sat back to back with neighbors, thirdly, repairs and replacement of furniture have been required for a long time, it feels like nothing has been changed since the opening (I was in this branch in 2016). There is not enough room for a mother and child, I was offered to feed an infant in the toilet. The waiters are efficient, they cope with a large flow of people, but the administrator behaves like a hostess, this very much alienated and spoiled the impression of the service. Only because of the food and the waiters did not put less.

3. The situation. What is called "modestly, but cleanly". There is not enough privacy in the zones, even while choosing dishes from the menu, everyone around is eating and drinking almost back to back. I want a little more space for myself
4. The establishment is non-alcoholic. This should be taken into account if you, like us, wanted to spend the evening with a glass of wine and seafood.

A nice restaurant with its own veranda on the street, which is a rarity for this area! We visited at lunch for a business lunch, ordered salad , soup and hot -so the forge did not report cheese to the salad (when the waiter noticed, everything was corrected and brought in separate plates), no soup from the word , no spices, elementary not even salty , just creamy water with sea products, plus that the hot was delicious!
The waiters are very polite, helpful, the guy Nikita served him, that's 5 stars for him!
The administration pay attention to the "kitchen" until the guests ran away, before your restaurant was a favorite in the city, now, alas, they have lost ground and it can be seen from the empty hall....

But several times we waited for about an hour, lost all appetite, called deep-fried (and on an empty stomach, you can imagine how). But in my opinion, even during the expo years, I ate squid in nut sauce here, for an overprice, of course, but it was delicious and good. It wasn't good anymore.

My trip to this institution was on 22.01.23 Astana, on Saraishyk. We walked together. We ordered Platters for 2x, a good portion is enough to get enough. As indicated in the menu for 2-3, I can say with confidence that the 3rd will remain hungry. For two, that's it. The shrimps and Mussels are incredibly delicious, the fish (we paid extra for cod) is just the most delicate, the Colmars are small, for some reason they taste like fried chechel, and the second type of squid did not seem much rubbery, perhaps they were overexposed. In general, I was satisfied with the trip to this institution. Yes, salad Village serving for 2, valid for two, a good straight portion, and not even much left. Salad for a lover of olives and cheese, and the sauce is just fire. And of course tea, how can I not drink tea while living in Kazakhstan, we ordered sea buckthorn tea, the taste is wonderful, sweet, but not so sweet as a printer, but straight delicious, I am a person who does not use sugar.
And in case you haven't tasted oysters, just like me, before going to this place. Be sure to try it!
I tried it, and it tastes good to me.
We have only one disadvantage in all establishments, this is 10% service, and even you must leave a tip to the waiter.
I've been to Russia and the CIS, where there are no lines, and you leave a tip, knowing that the waiter will definitely get it.
