After moving to Astana, we searched for a long time for a pool that would satisfy all our needs (we went to the Royal Club in Almaty). When we came to the trial session at ocean child, there was no doubt left: this is our pool, our coach Bibigul, then Alexander, our Apache and our girls, who meet Gulmira and Arai from the doorstep. Clear. Attentive staff. Individual approach to each child. Every coach is a professional in his field! The baby has been going to this pool since he was 10 months old. He is now 1.3 years old. He walks with pleasure. It's better than 1000 words.

Terrible service. They are not professional coaches, they cannot find a common language with a 2-year-old child, in particular coach Aigerim. Nervous, breaks down on the child. It's very cramped in the locker room, there are two shower stalls, you have to wait. And one hairdryer for the entire pool.
