The lenses are custom-made, not in stock, but they were made very quickly. We went with our daughter to get Glasses! On the way to Cinderella, we were unobtrusively offered an unexpectedly ideal option: lenses that not only stopped the progression of myopia, but also surprised the ophthalmologist and me with improved vision six months later, which, of course, is the main thing. The lenses were chosen by a Stellar analogue, which is cheaper, and, as we saw from the ophthalmologist's examination, it is really effective, and this is important. And in terms of frames, the choice is huge, but the most important role was played by the correctly chosen words of the male seller (if I'm not mistaken, he is also the owner of this optics), the daughter absolutely does not hesitate to wear glasses as an "accessory" that emphasizes her beauty.
In general, we accidentally came in and found our own in every way!
Ooooh! They also gave me a hard case with a cool print and a spray for cleaning glasses and a special cloth.
We bought it in May, now it's January, so the review is not spontaneous, with an analyzed result of the application!

I looked in here by chance, I was nearby. Curiosity! But I was pleasantly surprised by the communication with the specialist! She answered all my questions perfectly and explained what they couldn't tell me about glasses in different optics.
And one more thing, they put glasses in your frames here! And before that, everyone answered this ... well, it's not always possible, but rather not even possible at all!
That is, there is no problem here! There are only solutions here!
I immediately ordered new glasses! Since mine are already very scratched!
I took the glasses this time, according to all the tips!
And in a few days everything was ready!
Honestly, I did not expect such an effect from the new glasses! My farsightedness has already begun, and it's inconvenient that I see well into the distance, but I already need glasses to read! An elegant selection of frames and service. I've been looking for a frame with sunscreens for a very long time. For some reason I don't understand, in most salons frames with overlays are either practically not represented, or they are, but very modest and of the same type. Although I have been to opticians who are proud of their wide range of such frames. In the same salon, it is clear that the frames were selected with taste, and not just "to be". Truly customer-oriented optics. A wide range of frames, high-quality on-site vision check. They offer different versions of modern glasses with high-quality lenses with a variety of coatings for specific needs. We ordered complex lenses with accommodation support in a complex Silhouette frame. It was made in 10 days with delivery from Europe and a prepayment of only 40%. In other opticians, the production time was from 4 weeks with 100% payment. They also gave a lens anti-fogging care product as a gift. So far, it has not been possible to get used to the lenses. But this is a personal perception of complex lenses (they are both for distance and for reading).
I recommend optics to visit to check your eyesight, make lenses, or at least to compare with network optics and broaden your horizons.

Thank you for the service and customer orientation of this optics. I bought new glasses from them and also asked if it was possible to replace the damaged lenses from my current Ray Ban (by the way, in other repair shops and opticians I was denied this service and even the Ray Ban store). But the staff of the optics company "Glasses Need" said that this is possible and they will be able to order the delivery of new original lenses and replace them for free, since I am their client. Now I am the happy owner of new glasses purchased in optics, as well as my old glasses again, as new. I would also like to note the pleasant communication with the optics staff, who are as friendly as possible towards their customers. I am very pleased and recommend this optics to everyone!

The story is about the fact that, as they say, the system is characterized not by an error, but by a reaction to an error.
I came to this optics because a month earlier they had been choosing a frame for my mother for a long time - and they chose it. I really liked the range of frames and the attitude of the seller. I returned a month later to get a frame for myself, immediately my eyesight was checked and I ordered the manufacture of glasses. Everything was ready within three days and I joyfully ran to pick them up. In fact, it turned out that the lenses were selected with a hypercorrection of 0.5 diopters, and the master damaged the frame when installing the lenses and probably made a mistake with something else, since there was a strong defocus and distortion at the bottom of the lens. The mood was very much spoiled.
After more than 2 weeks, it became clear that the eye was not getting used to the new glasses and it was not about me, but still about them. Without much hope of a solution, I returned to the optician and told him about all the problems.
Her boss was at the workplace that day, and at my very first words he said what I least expected to hear: "Of course, we will redo everything."
After that, he did everything to make me happy: he not only replaced my lenses, but also ordered a new frame from Moscow. It wasn't in my color and he sent me a photo with two others to choose from. He was constantly in touch, even at the end of the working day, kept me informed of all movements. And a week after the appeal, I took my new glasses. Glasses made PERFECTLY.
What is the result:
In optics, there is a large selection of high-quality frames of the middle price segment - there are no frames for 600-700r, but they also do not sell outright cheapness. Good service, the sellers are attentive, patient, but do not impose. According to the workshop, I want to believe that I was so simply "lucky" and this is more an accident than a pattern. But as for solving problems, this is a pleasant surprise, which turned my attitude to optics 180 degrees.
Will I return to them again - yes, quite. Will I advise my friends? Yes.
And the advice to customers is to come order glasses immediately with a prescription.
