The institute where he studied at the turn of the 60s and 70s and successfully graduated. He was then called OEIS. (A monument to A.S. Popov was erected with us and his name was given to the institute.) We deciphered the abbreviation of the OEIS (probably because of the difficulty of studying, as well as a small salary for communication engineers later) as follows: Bypass This Institute. Nevertheless, with all the diversity of my life in Odessa, I would be glad to visit this wonderful city again!

My native academy, full of good impressions and memories. The buffet on the second floor is very good, they make delicious tea. And once upon a time, sausage and various meat products were sold in the main building, which was very annoying for hungry students)
