We just returned from the Hungary-Croatia tour 05.09.2025-13.09.2025. From fresh memory. My impressions of the trip were good, but there are both pros and cons. One of the advantages is the nature of Croatia, the Adriatic is fascinating. Ilona is a very wonderful team leader (this is not the first time we have traveled with her), Vladimir and Sergey are excellent crew. In tandem, they were just smart, they smoothed out all the nervous situations (and there were enough of them), they sorted everything out and managed to do everything (closing the Polish side is a separate topic, but our group was very lucky). : - Strange seating on the bus by the manager of the Odyssey Tour travel agency, families with children were seated at the end of the bus, although when booking the tour, it was stipulated that the children sit in the first half of the bus. - A bus is something, a Chinese HIGER, not convenient for long-distance trips, legs do not fit, there are no folding tables, it was very difficult to drive so many km. - The Atlantic Hotel in Budapest is the most terrible hotel, all the tourists were shocked, it looked very much like a prison. The rooms have poor lighting, no hair dryers, dirty, buffet and breakfasts are disgusting. And the location of the hotel added to the extreme: the location in an unfavorable area, homeless people, fights, noise, and there was no parking for the bus, I had to go from the gas station with suitcases. After this trip, there is no particular desire to continue traveling with Odyssey, it is precisely because of such organizational issues that it is not clear whether the tour manager is flawed, or whether the travel agency does not care about its tourists.

Odyssey-Tour travel agency has selected an excellent holiday option for us in Vityazevo, the Sauvignon guest house on the first line. The rest was a 100% success, all our wishes were taken into account. I rate the hotel 5*, the animators are funny, there is a beach, soft sand at the entrance to the sea, free sun beds, I liked the food. There are no complaints about the room either, it is large, modern, nothing superfluous, good quality cleaning. Thank you so much, we had a lot of pleasant impressions!! We will contact you again

I do not recommend contacting this travel agency. I chose the tour I liked, and in the end we were sent with the same name, but to completely different places.The manager confused the tour and its cost. The only plus is that I somehow got the overpayment refunded . They promised to make a discount for the ruined day spent traveling to temples that I was not interested in , they scored and sent only 20 Belarusian rubles for overpaying for the tour . As proof, I'm throwing off screenshots of communication with the manager.
