There is a phone number in the registration form, which is followed by two calls and the fax is immediately turned on. The 142 service gave 4!!!!!! phone numbers, including the head of the service. THERE is no response ANYWHERE. Either it just rings, or the fax machine turns on. It's the 21st century, 2026. Probably, requests should be sent by pigeon mail, or they should go themselves, because the service has one window, and apparently they are afraid of phones.
