Why is it never possible to get through to the *one window* service??? The beeps are ringing, there is no answer, is it really so difficult to answer?then who do they leave these numbers for, I don't understand, I didn't get 3 different numbers from any answer, what should happen for the specialists to pick up the phone?

The entrance is incorrectly marked on Yandex maps, the entrance is located from the north of the building (top of the map). The queue is big, but! What sane, pleasant and professional specialists!
