On July 12, I was at a hair dye at the so-called master of a woman named Dana, who, instead of the desired color, dyed my hair twice, thereby burning all the hair on my head, while I did not get the desired color. At the same time, she demanded payment from me for double work, referring to the fact that kyu spent a certain amount of time on me, although in the intervals during the fixation of paints on my hair, the latter served her other clients. As a result, my hair was practically burned, I didn't get any results, but instead of apologies from the so-called master, I received a bunch of insults, complaints and reproaches.
