The room was booked in advance, we arrived at the appointed time at the office and then a message comes from the head of Alyona "trash" and "game" all offices are occupied.
We lost time, customers and incurred material costs. When asked how we will solve the issue: they offered to refund the rental amount, but in the process of correspondence, the head came to the conclusion that he would no longer cooperate with us and deleted the correspondence. Since her offer did not suit us.
Our advice: look for reliable landlords.

I came, opened everything myself, connected to the WiFi, and then also left the key in the safe. Very convenient. Mind-blowing customer focus.
I got through 1 time. The girl said that she could come to see the office, but later (because she was late for nails or hair, I don't remember).
On the second day, I just stopped picking up the phone. And when she called back, she was outraged that I had a thousand missed calls and she was not a call center.
I promised to send you a photo. It took 3 months, probably never reached the post office.

Искренне хочу поблагодарить Алёну за лучший сервис.
Спонтанно и на раннее время запланировали встречу с важным клиентом для компании.
Алёна - единственная из всех коворкингов в городе, кто в 23:00 позитивно откликнулась, помогла забронировать и предоставить место.
Утром пришла вовремя, была на связи, терпеливо ответила на все вопросы и предоставила возможность оплатить онлайн. Букали на 3 часа, встречу завершили через 2.
Важено отметить позитивное и лучшее отношение к клиенту, своему делу. Действительно предоставлен лучший сервис. Спасибо!!!

What kind of disgusting service is this??!! We had to shoot in the hallway against the wall. This is a complete disgrace…
