I went to the offtop on noize mc. It was cool, the place determines the contingent. There were a lot of people, a lot of interesting people, we had a great conversation, the girls felt my beard and giggled. There is also a platform for informal people, while the whole crowd is listening to noise, you go upstairs to the DJs, put on headphones and bang with the crowd of informal people, looking down at everyone else. Amazing)

There are cool festivals held there and a lot of free space. The view of the TV tower is also cool. On the 4th, Noise MC will arrive and perform at this venue.
