At the beginning of June, I handed over my laptop for repair, it did not turn on. It was done in 2 weeks, I paid 50 rubles. They said that there were problems with the bios (they do not give certificates, they only give a check, they only accept cash).
When I checked it, I found that 2 disks were missing (it was not displayed in Windows (there were 2 physical disks in the laptop)). I returned the laptop to them ((10 days have passed, of which 4 days off, the company's work schedule is not very convenient (from 8.00 to 17.00) I could not bring it earlier). From a conversation with the master, it turned out that 2 disks were missing, they said they would contact the master who repaired the laptop (the master went on vacation). They could not contact the master, they had to wait 2 weeks for the master to come out of vacation.
The master went out. They called. They said they would look at it and disappeared again for a week. I had to call myself again.
Initially, they said that everything was ready. When asked if they found the disk, they handed the phone to the master. When communicating with the master, it turned out that they just split my disk into 2 logical disks and that's it. Upon further communication, they said that there had never been 2 disks, and in general it was their own fault that they did not say that you had 2 disks there.
I do not recommend contacting them, it is better to find some other company. In this one, they don't want to communicate with you and if something happens, they will make you extreme yourself. It's a shame for the missing files that were important to me.

The service is disgusting. I took the printer for repair, they said one cost, asked if I should fill up the paint, I answered clearly NO. In fact, the printer was refilled without prior approval from me, the cost changed from 45 to 100 BYN. I'm sorry, of course, but this is more than twice, it would be worth calling and warning about this. By the way, they didn't call that the printer was ready either, I had to call and ask myself. And another huge disadvantage is that there is no card payment (by the way, they did not even warn about this in advance), for such an organization it is simply not solid, it did not come to a stall on the market. They were sent to the nearest ATM on the Forts. Plus, the women who serve, it feels like they don't understand anything at all and can't explain anything. They also did not give guarantees of work and an act of completed work, except for a check.
