How we all lack positive emotions. Therefore, it is doubly pleasant when they come from completely unexpected places. I received an incredible positive charge while communicating with the manager of the company "Oformi Dom" Diana. My husband and I started repairs and we urgently needed wallpaper. With what responsibility, conscientiousness and diligence this lovely girl approached our problems! She made every effort to have the order completed as soon as possible(we asked for it very much) and literally supervised it until we received it via Belpost. We are grateful to everyone who participated in the work. But, first of all, I would like to say words of gratitude to Diana for her indifference, for her efforts, and most importantly - for the excellent result! We wish your company success in further projects, creative ideas, prosperity and well-being. There is no doubt about the quality of the work - they will be at their best when such caring people as Diana work in the company!!!

I do not recommend the company "Oformi Dom" in Minsk at Olesheva 5! By no means. There was a very unpleasant aftertaste. We printed wallpaper for the room on 4 walls according to my photo, packed in two tubes, but did not number the parts of the drawing on the sample - we numbered the stripes only on the wallpaper itself with a pencil on the reverse side. The master came to glue - he won't understand anything. I started calling managers to ask where the numbering came from: from the windows of the room or from the doors? From right to left or from left to right? The master was explained, she followed the explanations, but still the drawing got mixed up... So what? Has the firm admitted its guilt? Did you apologize to me for being careless? No, she did not admit it and did not apologize. Although store-bought wallpapers always have numbering on the overall picture and on the stripes. Similarly, when embroidery is based on pictures. And these would-be printers said that the customer was to blame: in their instructions it is written that the wallpaper must first be laid out on a flat surface, looked at and only then glued. Why, they say, the numbering? We've never done it, they say, and you're the first to mix it up! Can you imagine? In the "Form House" the employees are like aliens! They do not know that in an ordinary city apartment there is no free room on the floor of which you can spread out 30 sq. m. meters ( !!!) wallpaper to check the pattern match! I had to reprint the strips and pay the company almost 200 rubles more!
