Отличная студия, приятный персонал.
Хожу на протяжении 9 месяцев к разным мастерам.
Все мастера делают идеально, пр аетливые и общительные.
Не так давно сделали реионт и атмосфера стала просто вауууу.
Всегда звлняь напоминают и делают комплименты от студии чьо мастера что администраторы.
Сервис на высшем уровне нет слов.

I was with top master Julia.
Excellent quality.
Salon service starting from the admin for 5+
Clearly, the girls work according to their strict standards.
They talk about every step, warn about everything.
It seemed uncomfortable that different music was playing in two different halls.
But in general, I am satisfied with the service for all 5. (We made a 10% discount for the first visit and a hand spa. I really liked it)

Oh my nails они сейчас называются. Ходила на маникюр сюда 4 месяца подряд, первое время было нормально. В последнее моё посещение меня подвели, во первых я пришла в оговорённое время, а меня не записали оказывается, пришлось снова приезжать в другое время и все планы на день были испорчены, во вторых мне повредили ногтевую пластину, у меня начал болеть ноготь под покрытием, пришлось в срочном порядке обращаться в клинику к подологу. В общем опыт у меня с ними отрицательный, отзыв негативный. Не рекомендую!

То, как пытаются администраторы выйти из сложных ситуаций портит впечатление. Когда произошел скол на следующий день после маникюра, мне сказали что уже мастер в отпуске. Только после того как я настояла, нашли мне мастера, который ВОЗМОЖНО возьмется сделать один ноготь, но это не точно и мне надо приехать и подождать. Обстановка тоже слабовата. Учитывая, что цены держат на уровне, стоило бы сделать ремонт, повесить пару мониторов. Т к в комнатах нет окон и даже зеркал. В общем то не рекомендую выбирать эту студию.

Я в шоке. Опаздывала на пару минут - заранее об этом написала, мне сказали, что ждут меня. Приехала и не могла найти данное заведение - ни вывесок, ни указателей, ничего. Зашла вовнутрь и встретили меня со словами - скажите пожалуйста Ваше имя (приятно то как)))
Ну ок - сказала.
После мне сказали, что моя мастер занята ещё, мол, подождите. Только вот у меня был ступор - куда сесть? Два кресла и диван. Одно из кресел было занято, второе было прям у стойки оплаты, т.е для того, чтобы людям оплатить, им нужно будет через мою голову карточки и деньги передавать... а диван был супер пыльным. Я даже растерялась, куда сесть.
Следующим смущением было то, что интерьер просто ужасный - стол и стулья - вообще непривлекательный. Я была в одной студии в Ташкенте у частного мастера, у неё очень красиво. Здесь складывается ощущение, что интерьер сделан для людей, которым все равно, где они находяться и как себя чувствуют.
Совершенно не сходится инстаграмм с действительностью, я прям даже удивилась.
А ещё мне сказали, что мастер Саша сможет сделать укрепление и френч за 2 часа (сказали мне это на стойке администрации, при том, ЧТО Я ПРИЕХАЛА К НАЗНАЧЕННОМУ ВРЕМЕНИ, А ОНА ОПАЗДЫВАЛА, ДЕЛАЯ НОГТИ ДРУГОМУ КЛИЕНТУ).
При всей этой прелести мне позвонила девушка - администратор и вообще не поняла почему я ушла. Ну как бы, действительно - если такой сервис для кого-то нормально и устраивает, то для меня нет ! Я себя люблю!
никому не рекомендую. Лучше уж поискать что-то поприличнее.

Хорошая студия. Я человек, который записывается за день или за час, по этой причине побывала у многих мастерах и они все очень даже хорошо справляются своей работой. +Девочки очень вежливые.

Отвратительная работа, ногти не продержались и 10 дней, отслойки, отколы, несколько ногтей сломались вообще, написала жалобу в салон, предложили скидку 30%, в то время как другие салоны без проблем переделывают СВОИ ЖЕ ошибки, тут нет никакой ответственности за мастера у салона. Я была у своего мастера четвёртая с френчем, возможно она устала и работа была совсем не того качества за которое заплатили. На минуточку заплатила я не 100 тысяч и не 150, обычный сет с маникюром у них стоит 215 тысяч и отдельно 40 тысяч за френч
Не советую салон, отвратительная работа и не менее отвратительный сервис

Вежливый персонал и отдельное спасибо мастеру Сарвиноз. Есть пожелания: в салоне давно не обновляли косметический ремонт, мебель вся повидавшая века как будто, покрасьте стены свежей краской и отмойте столы со стульями. Создаётся в салоне ощущение неряшливости. Работа на 5+, но комфорт на твёрдую тройку.
