Great location, quality, price, the staff is very pleasant and courteous. A huge selection of delicious dishes, which varies throughout the day. In my opinion, the best catering network in Kostanay is for a delicious, satisfying, quick meal.

Previously, we always ate a doner with beef, it was very tasty, a lot of meat and few vegetables. It's just a juicy fire. But over time, the horror just deteriorated, at first there was little meat, almost one cabbage. Then the meat began to smell like mullein. And at the price of 2900 for a doner with smelly, hard meat and cabbage more than half, I no longer want to visit this institution. Advice to the manager: shorten the menu and return the quality. I really miss your old doners.

There was a case when I bought oil for the transmission at another replacement point, I arrived at Karbyshev, they suggested that the oil that was sold to me was not suitable according to GOST (everything was replaced on the spot without loss of funds)

It's a great place, especially for business travelers. The price tag is nice, the food is delicious. They work in the morning, so you can have breakfast without any problems. Everything is fine, always qualified staff, but sometimes you get caught by trainee managers who either want to sell or do not know how to look at the leftovers, called, found out for a bottle, said there was a karbyshev on tap, I come, I say a request, they said there were bottles, I say, they said there was on tap, then a senior manager came up who heard the dialogue, showed how to find that bottle on tap, spent 20 minutes searching and arguing. And the HSE service, the replacement guys are always friendly and knowledgeable!

Not only for Karbyshev, but in the whole city: high prices, imposition of services, which entails even greater costs. Pushing one brand with questionable quality and operating tolerances, which, again, in my case, led to the failure of a key engine assembly. On the other side of the scale, there is a good assortment and the work of mechanics is a plus.
