Grishin Viktor Alexandrovich - worked at the factory, in practice in 1966-1967. at the camshaft site. The plant supplied diesels to MTZ. The tractor was exported to 55 countries around the world. The machines at MMZ were modern, even high-precision, for that time.In 1968, he worked at the Volgograd Engine Plant - so it was a backward, cave-like factory. It's just a shame. A dirty business. The machines are also dirty and in terrible condition. All the interns complain about the small s/p. There are no standards for storing blanks, I personally saw how the engine housings lie anywhere. I do not advise you to come here to work.

Like many factories in a difficult situation. I would like to see more dedication from the young heads of workshops and departments. Sometimes it seems that some of them need to work more time as craftsmen. They don't know how to set tasks, and they don't know how to control execution. But they like to listen without filtering gossip and slander. There is still hope for the leaders of the old school.
