I'm not rating the store itself, but the factory. I bought a Martinella swing in Minsk, in an online store. They brought me to the cottage to collect. Surprise : all the hardware from the medical bed. Okay, we waited a couple of days for a replacement. We started assembling again, and at point 7 it became clear that there would not be enough of them to assemble the entire swing anyway. All the hardware is stacked in one package, it's not clear which bolt, which screw, and so on. Is it really hard to put each name in a separate package and sign it? It will be clear to you what has been folded and what has not. As a result, I had to buy more and search through garages. Pillows are stuffed with centipon in different ways. I understand that price is quality. Well, either do it well or don't do it at all. A separate review to your physical store in Persham gundlevam, as they initially wanted to buy directly. The seller is not interested in the buyer at all, sits on the phone and reluctantly (after a request) provides a catalog. The price of the swing is more expensive than that of the resellers in Minsk, plus paid delivery with a two-week wait! Super service! In general, the models are beautiful and affordable. But there is no customer orientation at all. I want Belarusian production to be famous for its good quality and service, but that's not what I'm facing.
